Choosing the right outfit makes a huge difference in how your photos look and feel. the key is to keep things simple, coordinated, and true to your style. Choose neutral or soft colors. Earth tones, muted shades, creams, olives, denim, dusty blues, warm browns--these all photograph beautifully and keep the focus on you, not the clothing! Coordinate, don't match. Pick 2-3 colors that work well together and mix them throughout your outfits. avoid wearing the exact same color. Avoid bold logos, neon colors, or busy patterns! These can distract in photos and reflect light in ways that are unflattering! Dress comfortably and true to who you are! if you feel good, it shows! Choose pieces you can move in, sit in, and walk around in without adjusting constantly. Think about the location. If we're shooting in the park, field, or nature setting, choose colors that complement the environment. For urban or downtown sessions, slightly dressier or more structured outfits look great! My typical turnaround time for your final gallery is about 2-2.5 weeks! I do not do this full time but I sometimes take my editing tools to work with me to get some of them done! I always take the time to go through each image carefully--selecting the best shots, editing them, and making sure everything looks consistent and beautiful. I'll send you a small preview within a few days so you have something to enjoy while I finish the full set! If i ever anticipate beed a little extra time (like during the busy seasons in the healthcare field), I'll always keep you updated. My goal is to deliver images that feel worth the wait and that you'll love for years to come!

If the weather is not cooperating on the day of your session--whether it's heavy rain, storms, or anything that would affect the quality of your photos--I'll always reach out to you beforehand to talk through options. My goal is to give you the best possible experience, so i'm happy to reschedule you to the next available date that works best for both of us at no extra cost. Light rain, wind, or overcast skies can actually be gorgeous, but if conditions aren't safe or ideal, we'll simply choose a new day. I keep an eye on the forecast and stay in close communication so you never have to stress about the weather.
